Holy Moly! We just went in a time warp back to 1991, digging out our happy pants, our homie pants, our flannelette shirts, our blue jeans with rips in the knees and for the girls in the office Doc Martens teamed with long skirts as we hear the news that one hit wonders Jesus Jones are set to headline a 1990s revival tour which will also feature UK one hit wonders The Wonder Stuff and Aussie indie legends The Clouds.

Jesus Jones apparently never went away – they simply faded from view and much of the world forgot about their unique mix of dance, hip hop and pop. Their 1991 album Doubt featured the smash hit song ‘Right Here, Right Now’ which saw them hit the big time until fans moved on. The Wonderstuff coincidentally had a hit in 1991 with their cover of the song Dizzy, teaming up with comedian Vic Reeves to top the UK charts for two weeks. Clouds meanwhile, released their debut long player Penny Century in 1991 as well, which hit number 14 in the charts and saw the band become one of the early 90s most cherished Australian indie bands. Fans are tipped to look out for a band performing in the lead up to the first show of the tour performing as “The Louds” at the Brass Monkey in Cronulla, while the tour official kicks off on August 18th in Brisbane.
