Kirk Pengilly of INXS was at a Movember charity event in Melbourne last night, because mustaches are clearly his bag.

What’s also his bag is the swingin’ ’60s when sexual assault was all the rage. When asked about the recent sexual assault scandals involved Don Burke and Harvey Weinstein, Pengilly yearned for a simpler time.

“I really loved the ’60s and ’70s when life was so simple and you could slap a woman on the butt and it was taken as a compliment, not as sexual harassment.”

It’s worth noting Pengilly was born in 1958, which would have made him eleven in 1969. What an advanced harasser!
