Ladyhawke, who was previously announced to perform at Meredith, Festival Of The Sun, and Homebake over this summer has announced two club shows in a couple of weeks. The Kiwi songbird announced the shows on her official Facebook wall:

Back in August Ladyhawke (aka Pip Brown) revealed in an interview that she had started work on a new album with the planned release sometime in October. However that was pushed back to some time in 2012 with a spokesperson saying “album is due next year. I don’t know any more than that at the moment.”
It has since been confirmed that the new planned release is March 2012. No word yet on whether Pip will be showcasing any of her new songs but given that the rest of her material is over 3 years old we’d feel pretty cheated if she didn’t.
