The Big Day Out 2011 Line Up has been revealed and it’s another huge one, with something for people of all ages. Iggy & The Stooges return after playing a humdinger at the 2006 event, while the metalheads and punks are catered for with Rammstein, The Deftones and Tool. There’s plenty of urban and dance music with MIA, LCD Soundsystem back for the second time in six months, Crystal Castles and Lupe Fiasco, while a lot of 30 and 40 something indie kids will be reliving wild nights of the 90s as Primal Scream play legendary 1991 album Screamadelica in full. Nick Cave makes a triumphant homecoming with his relatively new band Grinderman, while the Aussie contingent is strong with Children Collide, Wolfmother and Birds of Tokyo all getting a gig. Check it out here!
