Dr Conrad Murray, the personal physician accused of being complicit in the death of Michael Jackson in 2009 has been ordered to stand trail by a US Judge on charges of involuntary manslaughter. Prosecutors argue that he gave Whacko Jacko a lethal dose of propofol and several other sedatives in June 2009, which lead to his death.

According to the prosecutor, Murray had been administering Propofol to Jackson six nights a week for around two months before his death. Murray could face up to four years in jail if convicted, but like many a US celebrity legal trial, the case has become a lawyer’s picnic, with the defence and prosecution basing their case on very technical points of law to try and lay the blame on someone when there is no clear evidence of any party at fault.
