With the Gallagher brothers splitting Oasis up just over two months ago, Liam has today announced that the band is set to record new material which he may still release under the Oasis name but without Noel.
The singer said he was “halfway there” in terms of early work on the album with band mates Gem Archer and Andy Bell, who were also his band mates in Oasis prior to the departure of his guitarist and chief songwriter and recording time was already booked in.
