Local pstych rockers The Lovely Days have just dropped their brand new single ‘Moving In’ and it’s a straight up shimmering pop gem.

A brotherly partnership originally from Byron Bay, The Lovely Days are now writing and playing in Melbourne. Singer-songwriters Holden and Tennyson Nobel masterfully craft original yet familiar psych-pop tunes with fellow band members Stephen Dickie and Jackson Mcivor.

‘Moving In’ is an undeniably contender for best pop song to come out of the first half of 2016. Featuring bouncing drumbeats, hooky guitars and deliciously sweet harmonies it warrants repeat listens.

After recent tours with British India and Thirsty Merc the guys have surged into 2016 with a freshly squeezed new EP titled WATERMELON.

Recorded live in April last year, WATERMELON is four tracks of pure cosmic loveliness. For more info on the guys 9and the upcoming EP) stay locked to their Facebook page and if you’re hungry for more tunes  pop by their Soundcloud channel.
