Rackett have fast risen to the top of Australia’s rock ranks, playing an eclectic brand of pop-rock that rings equal parts Spice Girls and Silverchair. The four-piece have now announced a massive 19-date tour (their largest to date) in which they’ll be visiting Australia’s suburban gems in what they’ve titled the ‘Rockin The Puburbs’ Tour.

The band will play venues across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia through February, March and April, celebrating the release of their synthy bass-laden new single, ‘Alive’. Listen to the track below:

The tour has been made possible as part of AHA NSW Rockin’ The Puburbs competition which the band played late last year.

“Working with AHA NSW through Rockin’ The Puburbs is giving us the opportunity to play in venues and reach audiences that we couldn’t have on our own,”  said Rackett.

“Pubs like the Captain Cook Hotel, Dicey Riley’s and O’Donoughues are where so many Aussie’s first experience live music and we’re so excited for them to experience us.”
