Sean “Diddy” Combs’ music channel Revolt TV is being sued by a group of employees who claim they were mistreated due to their age and race.

Page Six are reporting Douglas Goodstein and four Caucasian producers — all over 39 and ex-employees of the show ‘The Breakfast Club’ — are suing after being fired in December, 2014.

The Manhattan Supreme Court suit filed by the five says they were treated “worse than other employees who were younger and African-American,” and that Executive Vice President Val Boreland “was always rude, condescending and dismissive.”

They also claimed “African-American employees who arrived to work intoxicated or hung over” were given free passes, singling out one production assistant who “often came to work late, drunk and slept on the editing floor during work hours,” yet “suffered no repercussions for this behavior.”

“Racism directed at anyone is unacceptable,” said Matthew Blit, an attorney for the producers.

Combs’ attorney issued the following statement regarding the lawsuit: “These claims are without merit and have previously been dismissed by the EEOC. Revolt Media and TV, LLC has always been committed to diversity in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.”
