The Screaming Jets Australian Tour 2013 Announce Dates & Venues

The Screaming Jets Australian Tour 2013 has been announced, breaking the three year absence since the Aussie rock band have graced (or disgraced if you like) the stages and live music venues of Australia.

Punters have been screaming out for The Jets to tour again in that time and as of October 2013, the wait will be over. The Screaming Jets are well-known for their ferocious stage presence and their live shows are unforgettable rock experiences!

The Screaming Jets are getting ready to embark on their first national tour in years and judging by the venues chosen for the next great assault, this is going to be huge! Playing songs that have been crafted by the band and loved by fans and critics around the world, the boys cannot wait to get back on the boards to rock out with the faithful in a fashion that only the great pub rock alumni of Australia are accustomed.

To get the ball rolling again in 2013, The Jets are kicking off their full scale national tour, starting at The Caloundra Music Festival to be held on the Sunshine Coast from the 4th to the 7th of October. The tour then strafes and blitzkriegs across the country throughout November and December in what can only be described as a rock n roll tour de force.

“We can’t wait to get back on the road, see all our friends and fans around the country and give ’em what they have been screaming out for since 2011,” says frontman Dave Gleeson. “The Jets at full throttle, ripping up the stage with the intensity we absolutely thrive on. Strap in, we are about to let loose.”

Gearing up for massive celebrations that will see the band reach the quarter century milestone in 2014, The Jets can’t think of a better way to connect with their legion of fans than by giving them the greatest rock n roll party! Fans will delight as The Jets visit all the classics, such as ‘Better’, ‘Helping Hand’, ‘October Grey’ and a whole stack more!

This is just the start of what is going to be a massive 12 months for the band as they get ready to celebrate 25 years, gear up for the release of a new highly-anticipated studio album and prepare for an extensive anniversary tour in the latter part of next year.
