The Vines are inviting fans to appear in the video for their new single ‘Future Primitive’ which is to be filmed this Wednesday 1st June at the Lo-Fi Bar in Sydney, located at 383 Bourke St Darlinghurst. The band need 140 people to appear in it but whatever you do, don’t just turn up! Fans must be over 18 as it is a licensed venue, while you’ll also need to register by emailing [email protected] and confirm that you can meet certain conditions. Head over to this link for a full list of the rules, but in summary you have to  a) arrive in time for a 5pm sharp filming start b) stay for the full four hour shoot duration, and c) be over 18 with ID, and lastly, they want you to wear preferably all black.

Directed by by Tom Spark – who was behind the lens for the last Vines music video Gimme Love, the theme of the shoot is “FUTURISTIC GRUNGE, DARK TONE, INDIVIDUALITY”. Everyone is requested to wear dark tones and preferably black, but  If you do wear white – please keep it minimal. Check out Spark’s previous film clip for the band here
