Jimmy Hawk & The Endless Party’s new limited edition 7″, featuring the single ‘Meet Me At The Party’ and B side ‘She Likes Her Make Up’ is set for release on May 25. Jimmy Hawk is one of Melbourne’s most loved folk-pop troubadours. Through romantic transcendence, hazy-eyed choruses, & dream filled production values, not surprisingly, his heartfelt tunes have garnered him an enthusiastic following and have seen him perform alongside artists such as Cold War Kids, Little Red, The Temper Trap & Silver Sun Pickups.
After having spent a period living and writing in L.A, Jimmy returned home to record and release his debut album, Echo Park. Hitting shelves & the blogosphere last year to critical acclaim, Echo Park garnered massive community radio support around the country with singles ‘Born On A Mountain’ & ‘All The Boys’ enjoying plenty of spins on Triple J.
Now transformed into a band and collectively having spent the latter part of last year focused on new material, Jimmy Hawk & The Endless Party are excited to announce the release of their new 7″ ‘Meet Me At The Party’ ahead of their sophomore album.
